Elicoidali with bacon and Sicilian broccoli

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sicilian broccoli  
  • Bacon  
  • Roman pecorino cheese  
  • Pepper to taste  
  • Pepe  

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring to Boil one liter of water without salt and add about 10 Gnocchetti Sardi 27 La Molisana: we don't care about the cooking of the pasta, because we just need the starch in the water. In a pan warm the extra virgin olive oil with a clove of garlic, then add two anchovies and the tomato sauce.

Melt the tomato and add a ladle of water with the starch in the pan. When the sauce is nice and creamy pour two ladles of water and the Gnocchetti Sardi 27 La Molisana.

Cook like if you were cooking rice, using the water with the starch as a broth. In this way the cooking time of the pasta will increase 50%. When the Gnocchetti Sardi 27 La Molisana is cooked, add the chopped parsley, salt if needed and arrange with an anchovy in each dish and parsley.
