Gnocchetti Sardi n.27 with broccoli and chickpeas

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cleansed broccoli or carugli   320g
  • Jar of boiled unadulterated chickpeas   500g
  • Clove of garlic   n.1
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste   n.1
  • Salt to taste   qb
  • Fresh chili pepper   qb
  • peperoncino fresco   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the broccoli in plenty of salted water for about 5 minutes, drain them and cook in the same water the Gnocchetti Sardi 27 La Molisana.

Slightly Brown the clove of garlic and the fresh chili pepper in a pan, add the broccoli previously chopped and mix for a few minutes. Meantime whip the chickpeas with an immersion blender to obtain a smooth cream, put in some ladles of the cooking water to obtain the consistency wanted, keep the cream warm.

Drain the pasta al dente and stir-fry with broccoli.

At last arrange the chickpeas cream on the bottom of the dish and put the pasta on it; complete spilling extra virgin olive oil and adding fresh chili pepper as you like.
