Gnocchetti Sardi n.27 with beans and wild chicory

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cannellini beans   100g
  • 4 Hand fulls of cleaned wild chicory   150g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste  
  • Salt to taste   qb
  • Chili peppers to taste   qb
  • pepe   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

The previous evening soak the beans, cook them the next morning in plenty of water until well cooked. Meantime clean the vegetables, boil and set aside.

When they are both cooked, put them together in the same saucepan set aside the liquid where the beans have been cooked, add a drop of oil, and some salt cook for about half an hour so it can flavour well together.

Cook the Gnocchetti Sardi 27 La Molisana in plenty of water, when cooked add the pasta to the beansoup and serve with a drop of oil. If you like add some chili pepper.
