INGREDIENTS:

  • Smoked Buffalo Provola cheese   n.1 glass
  • Fresh fava beans   n.1
  • Pachino tomatoes   300g
  • White wine Sauvignon "Vinica"   300g
  • Chives to taste   n. 1 bicchiere
  • Extra virgin oil to taste   qb
  • Salt to taste   qb
  • Sale   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook  the Paccheri Reali® n. 316 in salted water. In the same time, divide the provola cheese in two pieces; cut one piece into cubes, then dig the other piece and obtain more cubes.

Pour in the wok 3 spoons of oil, the tomatoes cut into pieces and the fava beans; brown and pour in the white wine and allow the alcohol base to evaporate.

Add the cubes of provola,  ladle of cooking water, then the pasta and mix.

Place the pasta in the dug half of provola, decorate with chives and serve.
