Rotelle n.71 with speck, walnuts and liquorice

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sliced speck to taste  
  • Walnuts to taste  
  • Parmesan cheese to taste  
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste  
  • Salt to taste  
  • Liquorice powder to taste  
  • Polvere di Liquirizia  

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the Rotelle 71 La Molisana in plenty of salted water until ready.

Prepare some stewpots by placing the sliced speck on the bottom. Tip in the drained pasta, season with grated parmesan cheese and 3 walnuts.

Place in the microwave oven for 45 second at the highest temperature. Serve after having garnished with liquorice powder.
