Tasty Maccheroni n.37



  • Maccheroni n.37 La Molisana   320g
  • Peeled tomatoes   400g
  • Gaeta olives   100g
  • Salted capers   40g
  • Anchovy fillets   8 pieces
  • Garlic   2 cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil   to taste
  • Parsley   to taste
  • Salt   to taste


In a large pan with oil, brown the garlic and anchovy fillets. Add the previously cut up peeled tomatoes, the Gaeta olives and the capers washed in running water. Salt and cook at a high flame.

In boiling salted water cook the Maccheroni 37, drain the pasta al dente and season them in the pan, allowing them to acquire flavour in the sauce for about a minute on a medium flame.

Sprinkle the chopped parsely and serve.
