Farfalle n.66 with portobello mushrooms and shrimp

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Farfalle Rigate n.66 La Molisana   80g
  • Portobello mushrooms   100g
  • Garlic   5g
  • Extra virgin olive oil   15g
  • Shrimp   80g
  • Salt   to taste
  • Rocket   as you like

INSTRUCTIONS:

Slice the mushrooms and sauté, along with the garlic, in a non-stick pan with a spoonful of oil. Once the mushrooms are tender, add the shrimp, salt to taste, and simmer for a few minutes.

In boiling salted water cook the Farfalle Rigate 66, drain "al dente" then add the pasta to the hot skillet with the mushroom sauce and heat through. Drizzle with olive oil and top with some fresh rocket, if you like.
