  • Onion  
  • Red beets already cooked  
  • Stick of tofu  
  • Parmigiano veg  
  • Salt  
  • Extra virgin olive oil  
  • Poppy seeds  
  • Radicchio for decoration  

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the Farfalle Rigate 66 La Molisana in a plenty of boiling  salted, meanwhile, fry the onion with extra virgin olive oil and add the sliced ​​turnip.
