Fettuccine n.204 with flakes of truffle

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fettuccine n.204 La Molisana   320g
  • Salted butter   150g
  • Thyme   1 sprig
  • White truffle from Molise   50g
  • Salt   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pan melt the butter with the sprig of thyme.

In boiling salted water cook the Fettuccine 204, drain al dente. Mix them in the pan adding, if necessary, some cooking water from the pasta.

Serve them hot, grating the white truffle from Molise at the moment the plate is served.
