Fettuccine n.5 baked in foil



  • 5 Fettuccine   320g
  • Cleaned and cut squid   150g
  • Prawn   80g
  • Cleaned mussels   400g
  • Tomato sauce   200g
  • Parsley   1 bunch
  • Garlic cloves   2 pieces
  • Extra-virgin olive oil  
  • Salt and pepper   to taste


Fry the garlic in a pan with olive oil. Add the seafood, parsley and tomato sauce. Cover with a lid and cook at a medium flame. Add salt.

In boiling salted water cook the Fettuccine 5, drain al dente and mix into the sauce.

Lay the Fettuccine onto the aluminum foil and leave them in a hot oven at 180°Celsius for five minutes.
