Gnocchetti Sardi n.27 in cocotte, with chard, dried tomatoes, mozzarella and crispy bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mozzarella Cheese   320g
  • Chard leaves   100g
  • Fillets of dried tomatoes   n.6
  • Slices of cereal bread   n.4
  • Clove of garlic   n.2
  • Fresh chili pepper   n.1
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste   n.1
  • Salt to taste   qb
  • sale   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Bring to cook in boiling water the chard for about a couple of minutes previously washed. Drain slice and stir-fry with garlic, oil, chili pepper and the dried tomatoes cut in pieces.

Cook the Gnocchi Sardi 27 La Molisana in the same saucepan where the chard was cooked. Cut the bread in two slices of 1 cm, season with oil, salt and pepper slightly brown on both sides in a frying pan.

Drain the pasta "al dente" (less than tender). Season with the vegetables sauce remove the garlic and transfer in two small cocotte (ceramic container) alternating the pasta, the mozzarella and the diced toasted bread. Cook in oven for 5 minutes and serve.
