Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 with fresh anchovies and cherry tomatoes

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 La Molisana   80g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   15g
  • Garlic   5g
  • Fresh anchovies   80g
  • Cherry tomatoes   100g
  • Basil   to taste
  • Salt and pepper   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Carefully clean the anchovies and dice the tomatoes.

In a pan, brown the pressed garlic in hot oil then add the anchovies followed by the tomatoes and salt to taste. Stir over high heat until the tomatoes are tender.

In boiling salted water cook the Spaghetto Quadrato® 1, drain "al dente" and toss with the sauce. Serve drizzled with oil and topped with fresh basil.
