Linguine Integrali n.6 with prosciutto and citrus fruits

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • prosciutto  
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste  
  • shallot  
  • Glasses of water  
  • small bunches of parsley  
  • Chili pepper to taste  
  • Zests of various citrus fruits to taste  
  • Zeste di agrumi vari  

INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean and chop the shallots and stew on low heat, with extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper.

Slice the prosciutto and chop the parsley.

As soon as the shallots are stewed, add the prosciutto and brown increasing the flame.

When slightly brown, turn off the flame, adding water and part of the parsley.

Drain the Linguine Integrali 6 La Molisana two minutes before the cooking time required and finish cooking in the pan, adding some more water if needed.
