Baked Penne rigate n.20 with peppers, red onion and buffalo mozzarella cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese   500g
  • Peppers   200g
  • Red Onion   n.2
  • Olive oil n.3 spoons   n.1
  • Dry basil n.1 teaspoon and half   n. 3 cucchiai
  • Dry chilli pepper n.1 teasponn   1/2 cucchiaino
  • Colonna Basil oil n. 1 teaspoon   1 cucchiaino
  • Basil Leaflet to taste   1 cucchiaino
  • salt to taste   qb
  • sale   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the Penne Rigate® n.20 La Molisana in salted water, drain them and put them in a pan. Add olive oil and leave them aside to cool. Add the peppers cut into cubes, the red onion cut into thin strips, the buffallo mozzarella cheese cut into cubes, the basil, the chilli peppers and mix them.

Pour in a pan, cover with tinfoil and place it in the oven at 180°Celsius for ten minutes. Remove the tinfoil and cook it au gratin for five minutes.

Serve with basil oil and with some basil leaflet
