Penne Rigate n.20 with chard and ham

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Penne Rigate n.20 La Molisana   80g
  • Extra virgin olive oil   15g
  • Chard   100g
  • Ham   50g
  • Semi-skimmed milk   30g
  • Garlic   to taste
  • Salt   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the chard in a small amount of salted water for a few minutes then drain, chop, and sauté along with the garlic, unpeeled, in an oiled non-stick pan.

Slice the ham and heat in a skillet on high then add the chard and milk.

Meanwhile, cook the Penne Rigate 20 in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain "al dente," pour into the hot skillet and sauté the pasta until well dressed. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
