INGREDIENTS:

  • Quadrucci n.212 La Molisana   250g
  • Lentils   300g
  • Celery   1 stick
  • Carrot   1 piece
  • Garlic cloves   2 pieces
  • Onion   1 piece
  • Red tomatoes   4 pieces
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   to taste
  • Salt and pepper   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean the lentils well, boil them in a saucepan with the celery, carrot, onion and garlic.

In another saucepan, brown garlic in olive oil and add the tomatoes cut into cubes. When the sauce is well reduced add the lentils.

In boiling salted water cook the Quadrucci, drain al dente and pour them into the lentils, allowing everything to flavour. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and pepper ground with a pepper mill.
