Fusilli n.28 with lean ground beef and courgettes

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fusilli n.28 La Molisana   80g
  • Extra virgin olive oil   20g
  • Lean ground beef   60g
  • Courgettes   200g
  • Garlic   5g
  • Salt and pepper   to taste
  • White wine   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Brown the ground beef in a pan with the olive oil and garlic clove. Turn down the heat, add half a glass of white wine, the cover and simmer.

Cut the courgettes into chunks and boil them for three minutes in plenty of salted water. Drain, reserving the cooking water, and then add to the sauce along with salt and pepper to taste.

In boiling salted water cook the Fusilli 28, drain "al dente" and add to ragù sauce.
