INGREDIENTS:

  • Rotelle n.77 La Molisana   320g
  • Dried tomatoes   10pz
  • Broccoli romanesco   350g
  • Garlic cloves   2pz
  • Tablespoons nduja   2
  • Extra virgin olive oil   qb
  • Salt   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a saucepan, boil water for cooking pasta. Soak the dried tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling salted  water in which the Rotelle 77 La Molisana will cook.

After 2-3 minutes of cooking , drain , withdraw some houseline that will serve for decoration and cool it in a water bath of ice and water - this step will serve to maintain a beautiful green color. In a large skillet heat the oil with the clove of garlic crushed , just remove it turns golden , add the nduja and chopped sun-dried tomatoes , mix well and after a few minutes add the broccoli.

Let them brown well over high heat , add , if necessary , a ladle of water and salt. Cook the wheels 77 Molisana in salted water , drain al dente and stir into the pan with the sauce , adding a little of water from the pasta . Serve adding broccoli florets kept aside and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
