INGREDIENTS:

  • Rotelle n.77 La Molisana  
  • Mackerel filets  
  • Green beans  
  • Carrots  
  • Stalks celery  
  • Red tomatoes  
  • Sprig of parsley  
  • Fresh mint taste  
  • Extra virgin olive oil  
  • Salt  

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash and clean the green beans , carrots and celery tape filleted. Boil them separately without throwing the water that we will need to cook the pasta . Then cut them into pieces , except the carrots and collect them in a large bowl. Blanch the tomatoes in the microwave even after they have been engraved cross .

Remove the skin, the water and the seeds inside the pulp and cut into squares .

Now scented vegetables with shredded mint and parsley , a little olive oil and a little salt . Now cook the mackerel steamed already filleted and cut into strips, for a few minutes ( 3-4 maximum) .

Set aside.Rotelle 77 La Molisanadrain al dente and pour into the bowl of vegetables . Serve adding lozenges mackerel drizzle with oil and a little salt placed on each plate . Garnish with a sprig of mint.
