Sagnette Rigate n.74 with chickpea soup, chard and potatoes

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cleaned chards   200g
  • Boiled chickpeas   250g
  • Onion   150g
  • Carrot   1/2
  • Clove of garlic   1
  • Water (approximately 1,2 dl)   n.1
  • Leaf of Laurel   1,2 dl
  • Small potato   n.1
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste   n.1
  • Pinch of chili pepper   qb
  • Pizzico di peperoncino   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sauté half onion and the diced carrot in a high-sides pot, add the diced potato and the leaf of laurel

Add approximately 1,2 dl of water. As soon as the water boils, add the cleaned, washed and slightly cut leaves of chard, also add the boiled chickpeas.

Salt and add a pinch of chili pepper. Cook the soup for about ten minutes and add Sagnette Rigate La Molisana. Once the Sagnette Rigate 74 La Molisana is cooked add a drop of oil.
