Spaghettini n.16 with mixed seafood and tomato

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghettini n.16 La Molisana   80g
  • Tomato   100g
  • Mixed seafood (mussles, clams, cuttlefish, octopus, shrimp)   100g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   15g
  • Garlic   5g
  • Salt and pepper   to taste
  • Parsley   to taste
  • White wine   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Carefully clean the seafood (mussels, clams, cuttlefish, octopus, and shrimp).

In a pan sauté the garlic with the olive oil, then add the seafood and the diced tomato. Stir in half a glass of white wine, lower the heat, cover and simmer.

In boiling salted water cook the Spaghettini 16, drain, then add to the frying pan with the seafood and toss on high heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
