Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 with turmeric, cream of broccoli and pecorino cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sausages   320g
  • Romano Broccoli   n. 3
  • Clove of garlic   n.1
  • Teaspoon of turmeric powder   n.1
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste   n. 1
  • Salt to taste   qb
  • Shredded pecorino cheese to taste   qb
  • Scaglie di pecorino stagionato   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large saucepan bring to boil plenty of salted water. In a small saucepan bring to boil other salted water. In the meantime cut the Romano Broccoli into florets.

When the water boils cook the Spaghetto Quadretto 1 La Molisana in the large saucepan for the time required (13 minutes).

In the small saucepan cook the broccoli for 5 minutes and then drain. In a pan lightly brown a clove of garlic with a small quantity of oil add the sausages cut in pieces and cook for about 5 minutes add part of the broccoli and blend the remaining part reducing it in cream.

Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sausages, add the teaspoon of turmeric and the broccoli cream add some of the water where the pasta has been cooked mix well with a spoon and fork.

Arrange the pasta on a serving platter and garnish with shredded pecorino cheese.
