Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 with cream of broccoli and stracciatella with lemon aroma

INGREDIENTS:

  • Stracciatella (Creamy cheese)   320g
  • Big broccoli   150g
  • Grated lemon rind   n.1
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste  
  • Salt to taste   qb
  • Sale   qb

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Boil the broccoli in plenty of water. When cooked, blend it adding a small quantity of olive oil and at the end, throw in half a lemon rind. Meantime also cook the Spaghetto. Once ready flavour the pasta with the broccoli cream. Arrange on plates adding a spoon of stracciatella and finally, the grated lemon on top of each completes the dish with a perfumed the touch.
