Spaghetto Quadrato1 with Sun-dried tomatoes, Crusty bread and Lemon scent

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 La Molisana   320g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes   100g
  • Extra virgin olive oil   to taste
  • Fresh oregano   to taste
  • Dry bread crumbs   to taste
  • Salt and pepper   to taste
  • Zest of one unwaxed lemon   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Soak for at least half an hour the sun-dried tomatoes in warm water and then cut into julienne strips.

Wash the lemon, grate the zest and set aside. In a bowl, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

In another pan, toast the breadcrumbs with the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.

In boiling salted water cook the Spaghetto Quadrato®1 drain when al dente and stir in the sauce with the tomatoes and some of the grated lemon zest. Serve with a sprinkle of lemon zest, a tablespoon of crunchy bread and oregano.
