Spaghetto Quadrato1 with mussels, clams and broccoli

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 La Molisana   320g
  • Mussels   150g
  • Broccoli   100g
  • Clams   100g
  • Extra virgin olive oil   to taste
  • Salt   to taste
  • White wine   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the broccoli in water until tender. Drain it and cut them into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large bowl, add the broccoli and the garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Then add the mussels and clams and plenty of white wine and cook for another five minutes on a high heat, cover, reduce heat to medium and cook until mussels are completely open. Take away the mussels from the shells. Save the broth for later use.

In boiling salted water cook the Spaghetto Quadrato® 1, drain when al dente and stir in the broccoli sauce and the mussels. And serve!
