Spaghetto Quadrato1 with Verzola and Sausages

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghetto Quadrato n.1 La Molisana   320g
  • Verzola   250g
  • Sausages   2 pcs
  • Extra virgin olive oil   to taste
  • Salt and pepper   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

In boiling salted water cook the verzola. Once cooked, drain it and set aside.

In the same water where you cooked the verzola, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions of the package. 

Meanwhile in a large bowl put some extra virgin olive oil and the sausages (with the skin removed and cut into pieces). When the sausage is cooked, add the verzola and if necessary add a tablespoon of cooking water.

In boiling salted water cook the Spaghetto Quadrato® 1, drain when al dente and stir in the sauce the verzola sauce and sausages, adding a bit of pepper to taste.
