Spaghettoni n.14 with chicken breast and red pepper

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghettoni n.14 La Molisana   80g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   15g
  • Chicken breast   50g
  • Red pepper   100g
  • Curry   to taste
  • Salt   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Thinly slice the peppers and cook in a non-stick frying pan with the oil for about 10-15 minutes; once tender, add the cubed chicken breast and season with salt and a little bit of curry, if you like. Cook thoroughly.

Meanwhile cook the Spaghettoni 14 in boiling salted water, drain "al dente" and mix with the chicken sauce to serve.
