Pasta Fantasia n.72 with vegetable and pecorino cheese



  • Pasta Fantasia n.72 La Molisana   80g
  • Fresh broad beans   30g
  • Fresh peas   30g
  • Fresh green beans   30g
  • Canned chick peas   30g
  • Onion   20g
  • Extra virgin olive oil   15g
  • Pecorino cheese   15g
  • Salt and pepper   to taste
  • Rosemary   to taste


Thinly slice the onion and sauté in a pan with the olive oil. Shell the broad beans and peas. Slice the green beans. Add the vegetables and the drained chickpeas to the pan along with a pinch of salt, pepper and rosemary. Allow the legumes to cook until tender adding a little bit of water, if necessary.

In boiling salted water cook the Pasta Fantasia 72 in the minimal amount of boiling salted water, so as not to require draining. Meanwhile, blend a third of the legumes and add the creamed mixture, along with the remaining legumes, directly into the cooked pasta. Mix well and serve with some grated pecorino.
