Sea and garden Taglierini n.202



  • Taglierini n.202 La Molisana   320g
  • Scampi   4 pieces
  • Veraci clams   500g
  • Courgettes   2 pieces
  • Datterino tomatoes   150g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   as needed
  • Salt and pepper   to taste
  • Garlic cloves   3 pieces
  • Parsley   to taste


Brown the garlic in a pan with olive oil, add the scampi and cook for a few minutes. Add the datterino tomatoes washed and cut into fours. Add salt. Cover with a lid and finish cooking.

In another pan with olive oil cook the zucchini washed and cut into strips. Add salt.

Open the clams in a pan with olive oil and garlic.

Unite the ingredients from the three pans and let flavour.

In boiling water salted cook the Taglierini 202, drain al dente and mix with the sauce. Sprinkle the chopped parsley.
