Caserecce Molisane n.29 with lean ground beef and ricotta

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Caserecce Molisane n.29 La Molisana   80g
  • Lean ground beef   200g
  • Ricotta   60g
  • Onion   20g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   15g
  • Salt   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the broccoli until tender in plenty of salted water, reserving the cooking liquid.

Thinly slice the onion and sauté in a pan with the olive oil, adding the drained broccoli for the last few minutes. Blend with a stick-blender, adding a bit of water if necessary. Add the ricotta to the creamed broccoli and mix well.

In boiling salted water cook the Caserecce Molisane 29 and drain "al dente." Mix in the broccoli sauce and serve.
