Tubetti n.48 with white beans

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tubetti n.48 La Molisana   320g
  • White beans   400g
  • Stick of celery   1 piece
  • Garlic cloves   2 pieces
  • Dried pepper   1 piece
  • Bacon   120g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil   to taste
  • Salt   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the white beans, which were already put to soak the night before, with celery and garlic.

Prepare the dressing which is to be added to the white beans, composed of garlic browned with some dried pepper, sweet or hot, and chopped bacon. Add salt.

In boiling salted water cook the Tubetti 48, drain very al dente and add to the beans. Let it all savour until the pasta has finished cooking.
