Tubetti n.48 with cooked ham and peas

 
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tubetti n.48 La Molisana   320g
  • Cooked ham   100g
  • Fresh peas   200g
  • Butter   40g
  • Onion   120g
  • Salt   to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean and chop the onion into thin slices.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the onions to soften followed by the fresh peas and a cup of water. Season it with salt and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cut the sliced ham into strips and combine with the peas, heating through.

In boiling salted water cook the Tubetti 48, then drain the paste "al dente" and mix with the peas and ham; then serve.
