BRC is an international Food Safety Management Systems standard, and is one of the GFSI recognized certification schemes. There are also editions of the standard for food packaging manufacturers, storage and distribution and now agent and brokers.

IFS
The International Food Standard (IFS) is intended to facilitate the effective selection of GDO branded food suppliers, based on their ability to provide safe products and comply with contractual and legal requirements.
It is a recognized model in both Europe and the rest of the World.
It is one of the standards for food safety recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative whose main purpose is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain.

GLUTEN FREE
Gluten-free catering certifies gastronomic preparations and/or menus served at a specific cooking centre or restaurant.
It enhances companies and catering establishments able to offer a service suitable for the food needs of celiac patients.

ISO 9001:2015
This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

SMETA
Sedex Member Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) is the auditing and reporting methodology created by Sedex according to a best-practice model in ethical business audit techniques. The aim is to provide a central and shared auditing protocol for organizations interested in demonstrating commitment to social issues and ethical and environmental standards in their supply chain. Therefore, SMETA audit offers companies an instrument to empower their practices for being ethical and responsible businesses.

HALAL
Halal Italia is a voluntary Italian certification organization for the most outstanding Italian products in conformity with the rules as to what is permissible (halal) under Islamic law in the agricultural and food, cosmetics, health, pharmaceutical, finance and insurance sectors.
The promotion of high quality Italian products is guaranteed by the rigorous compliance with international halal standards and European regulations regarding the production processes that require certification.
