La Molisana receives the Leonardo Qualità Italia Award
The company "industry excellence 100% made in Italy and one of the most appreciated pasta brands in the world".
La Molisana’s Ceo, Giuseppe Ferro, received Leonardo Qualità Italia Award at Palazzo Barberini in Rome in the presence of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, and the Minister of Economic Development, Luigi Di Maio, and the Chairman of the Committee Leonardo Luisa Todini, of the president of the Agency Ice Carlo Ferro and of the president of Confindustria Vincenzo Boccia. The initiative is promoted by the Leonardo Committee, established in 1993 at the behest of Senators Agnelli and Pininfarina, Agenzia Ice, Confindustria and a group of entrepreneurs with the aim of spreading and strengthening Italy’s image of excellence in the world.
The Leonardo Awards represent the recognition of Italian know-how, of the uniqueness of products, of important stories, of creativity. The whole world appreciates all this, the Italian style is increasingly looked at with interest. Like every year, several categories have been awarded: at La Molisana the Leonardo Qualità Italia Award has been reserved, which recognizes excellence, quality and a vocation to export.
“A recognition of great satisfaction – said Giuseppe Ferro today in Rome with his sister Rossella and his cousin Flavio – It is a pride for the whole company to have been chosen as Italian excellence in the food sector. We receive the award with enthusiasm, it represents a further opportunity for us to bring the Italian flag to the world. 35% of our turnover comes from exports, in fact we export to 80 countries, especially Canada, Japan, the United States, Brazil, New Zealand and even in European countries “.
