AMATRICE STYLE SMOOTH PENNE LISCE 18

Penne Lisce n.18 320g
Seasoned pork cheek 300g
Clean white onion 80g
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
White wine 25g
Grated Pecorino romano cheese 50g
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
- In a saucepan warm up the olive oil, add the thinly cut onion and the pork cheek cut into strips. Let them brown, wet with the white wine and let it cook for another few minutes. Add the salt.
- In boiling salted water cook the Penne Lisce 18, drain and pour them into the saucepan with the sauce.
- Mix it all well and add the chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and the grated pecorino.
