process based on questionnaires sent to a representative sample of its stakeholders, who were asked to express their expectations, focusing on key social, environmental, and governance issues. The results of this activity provided a clear understanding of the concept of sustainability for La Molisana&#8217;s stakeholders and were cross-referenced with the company&#8217;s operations. This tool represents a valuable opportunity to create a two-way dialogue: listening to our stakeholders and allowing them to experience firsthand the reality and the local area in which the company operates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9da0eff elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9da0eff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The <strong>materiality<\/strong> matrix<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25f4b06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25f4b06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Non-financial reporting focuses on material topics, i.e., the most significant issues in terms of positive or negative impacts of La Molisana&#8217;s activities on the economic, environmental, and social fabric in which it operates. Specifically, the topic analysis was conducted considering both the strategic aspects for the company and those of its stakeholders. An international methodological approach was adopted, in line with industry best practices and the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, while the Accountability 1000 \u2013 Stakeholder Engagement Standard 2015 was used as a reference process.
