Molise doesn't exist?

And instead it exists!

Molise is a natural paradise with a strong cereal-growing tradition, rich in spring waters and pristine air, ideal conditions for pasta production. In this land, where the first milling workshops and artisanal pasta factories flourished at the beginning of the last century, our pasta factory stands tall, boasting the distinction of being the highest in central and southern Italy, at 730 meters above sea level at the foot of Mount Matese.

Mountain air

Molise is a small region, far from major roads, offering ideal conditions for preserving and processing the finest grains. Our mountain air, with its mild temperatures, is ideal for storing raw materials and finished products in the healthiest conditions; the crystal-clear spring water is perfect for kneading our pure semolina, combined with the passion and expertise passed down from father to son for four generations.

The Ferro family lives here, a family with a unique talent, which lies in their long experience and great knowledge of wheat.

Crystal clear water

The ability to oversee the entire product life cycle, from selecting the world’s finest grains to milling them in-house, all the way to producing pasta of the highest quality. Passion, dedication to the company, and a sense of belonging are a legacy of invaluable values that, combined with solid and ambitious governance, are the added value of our pasta.

Molise is small, but it boasts both the sea and the mountains. This very mountain, the Matese, is the source of the cold, crystal-clear water we use to make our semolina. Captured deep within the earth in Riofreddo, 506 meters above sea level, the Matese water is low in minerals, has a low fixed residue, is low in sodium and nitrates, and is consistently light and recognized as among the best in Italy.
