Pasta Sfiziosa La Molisana: all types of shapes

Our Pasta Sfiziosa line was created to meet the needs of those seeking natural recipes, simple, Italian ingredients, without sacrificing taste or convenience.

La Molisana developed this line by revamping the recipes of certain shapes, such as Chicche and Gnocchi, made with 100% fresh Italian potatoes, steamed and hot-processed. This process preserves and respects the organoleptic properties of the raw material, prevents starch retrogradation, and makes them less sticky.

La Molisana also designed new, more attractive packaging, aiming to combine excellent raw materials with a genuine, elegant manufacturing process that conveys freshness and a sense of well-being.
