Along all production process we carry out permenent controls: Raw material pH check | Before and after mixing phase – Temperature and brix degree check – Jar metal detector check – Seal-security check | before and after pasteurization heat treatment – X-ray inspection after the labeling phase.

Focus on cooking tip

While pasta is cooking pour the sauce into a pan and heat it over low heat for about 3 minutes. Drain the pasta al dente and sautè it into the saucepan. To get a smoother consistency add a ladle of cooking water and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

In 2019, La Molisana further expanded its offerings, launching its line of red tomatoes, made with 100% Italian tomatoes, carefully selected to ensure safety, traceability, and unmistakable flavor. Harvested only when in season, our tomatoes are processed within six hours of harvest: thanks to this speed, we are able to retain all the freshness of freshly picked tomatoes in our red tomatoes.

The products in the Rossi line, made with 100% Italian tomatoes, are produced through a carefully controlled supply chain, from seedling to ripe fruit, to preserve the authentic flavor of fresh tomatoes and ensure the highest quality.

Made with native seeds from the growing regions and grown according to sustainable farming practices, our tomatoes are processed quickly after harvest to preserve all their natural freshness and intense flavor.
