SPAGHETTONI 14 WITH CHICKEN BREAST AND RED PEPPER

Ingredients:
Spaghettoni n.14 80 gr
Extra virgin olive oil 15 gr
Chicken breast 50 gr
Red pepper 100 gr
Curry to taste
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Thinly slice the peppers and cook in a non-stick frying pan with the oil for about 10-15 minutes; once tender, add the cubed chicken breast and season with salt and a little bit of curry, if you like. Cook thoroughly.
  • Meanwhile cook the Spaghettoni 14 in boiling salted water, drain “al dente” and mix with the chicken sauce to serve
