SPAGHETTONI 14 WITH CHICKEN BREAST AND RED PEPPER

Spaghettoni n.14 80 gr
Extra virgin olive oil 15 gr
Chicken breast 50 gr
Red pepper 100 gr
Curry to taste
Salt to taste
- Thinly slice the peppers and cook in a non-stick frying pan with the oil for about 10-15 minutes; once tender, add the cubed chicken breast and season with salt and a little bit of curry, if you like. Cook thoroughly.
- Meanwhile cook the Spaghettoni 14 in boiling salted water, drain “al dente” and mix with the chicken sauce to serve
