Reef Paccheri n.316



  • Paccheri 316 La Molisana   320g
  • Goatfish fillets   400g
  • Big red tomatoes   4 pieces
  • Garlic cloves   2 pieces
  • Extra-virgin olive oil  
  • Parsley   1 bunch
  • White wine   100ml
  • Salt and pepper   to taste


In a pan brown the garlic with the olive oil. Add the goatfish fillets and after a few minutes add the tomatoes, cut into cubes with 100 ml of white wine. Add salt and pepper. Bring it to a cooking point and add the chopped parsley.

In boiling salted water cook the Paccheri 316, drain them al dente and mix well with the sauce.
